Delivery
How do we deliver the best service? We use trusted courier services like TNT, Tuffnells and City Link who themselves have vast experience in delivering goods fast and on time throughout the UK. We also use TNT International and J Freight to ship to Ireland and Northern Ireland. For special orders we also use our own, dedicated delivery service. How long will your order take to arrive? We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. We have many items in stock so a lot of the time we can deliver fitness and sports products next day, or within 2-3 days. We'll always let you know if there is an unusual delivery time. You'll generally find that our website states any of the following delivery options: * 2 to 7 day service * Next day service * Saturday service Next Day Delivery - If your order is placed after 12 noon on any of Friday (excluding bank holidays) and you have selected next day delivery, then the term next day will refer to to the following Tuesday. If your delivery is a made to order item, or for something we don't stock and the delivery time is different from what is stated, we'll do our best to keep you informed of when you'll receive your order. Please Note: delivery and delivery time is a best estimate and is not contractual. Our standard delivery days are Mon - Fri (8am - 6pm) How much does delivery cost? Where you see them stated, "Free Delivery" only apply to addresses on Mainland GB (We are happy to quote for delivery offshore and overseas, including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and other islands. We can also quote for deliveries further afield, i.e. European countries etc). You'll be able to see on each product whether we charge for delivery or not. In all cases where we charge for delivery we are as fair as possible. We only charge you what we pay ourselves. What happens when you receive your items? If we deliver your item by courier then a signature will be required. We adivse you to check the packaging for any obvious damage before signing for your order. If you see damage then indicate this on the note when you sign. Most of the time your order will arrive safe and sound but accidents do occasionally happen. If you are unhappy with how your item has arrived then please contact us at: (call between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Mon – Fri) or use the Contact Us page. Our main aim is to make you happy when you buy from us so we'll deal with any problems as promptly as possible. Please also note that as we deliver heavy, bulky items our carriers will sometimes need your assistance when offloading. Please let us know if you will be unable to help the delivery driver when placing your order. We'll make suitable arrangements if this is the case. Do you have restricted access? We understand that some people live in places where access is restricted like flats, narrow roads or other areas where it may be hard to get a large package or a large lorry into. Please let us know about this when entering your details when placing your order. There's a box for you to fill in with any specific instructions relating to your order. Do we deliver outside mainland GB? Yes although delivery will cost more than the regular prices stated here on our website.
